We understand appointments can’t always be kept, however we do ask you to give us at least 48 hrs notice for the cancellation of a booking.
If you give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation no cancellation fee will be incurred.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not show up for your booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your payment.
